What is Aikido?

Aikido is a traditional Japanese martial art that builds self-confidence, awareness, cooperation, compassion, & understanding.

The goal in Aikido training is not to learn how to beat someone else up, but instead to understand the intentions of others so that we may find a way to resolve any conflict in a mutually beneficial way. Aikido will help your children learn how to control themselves and understand others all while building confidence and ideally an ease with the world around them.
